First 90 day program - gamification concepts for Ford and Lincoln
Ford was interested in how its dealer network could combat the growing number of online automotive sales resources. Our solution leveraged Ford’s unique position as an OEM to pull owners, dealers, and prospective buyers together using its robust information technology infrastructure. The result is a simple yet informative way to empower both customers and dealers, and streamline the sales process to get people driving and enjoying their cars.
Ford’s Human/Machine Interface team asked us how we might approach the complicated task of giving users a great in-vehicle technology experience. Our solution relied on simplification, simplification, and simplification… with a little contemporary design vocabulary for good measure.
